Shipping Policy

We ship across Canada from our location in Perth, Ontario, typically within 3 business days of receipt of order and confirmation of payment. In keeping with the spirit of recycling, we ship using used boxes when possible. This allows us to be part of the solution in reducing waste in our landfills.

If you select Local Pickup(OttawaWest& Perth) you may pick up your order from our location in Perth Ontario, or you will be contacted to set up a convenient time and place to meet in Ottawa. If you are pressed for time to receive your order, this may not be the best solution for you, but we will attempt to accommodate if possible.

Shipping fees are pre-set by region. All shipping fees include basic insurance coverage and fuel surcharges. GST will be applied to all shipping charges.

Ontario and Quebec: $9.25
All other Provinces: $14.00
Northwest Territory, Yukon Territory: $29.00
Nunavut: $40.00

Our $100.00+ (pre-tax) Free Shipping within Canada promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Our $100.00+ (pre-tax) Free shipping does not apply to sale items (unless stated otherwise) and is exclusive of additional oversized item charges. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $100.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items.)
